3. Service Area

We provide services in the Greater Houston Metro Area. Service availability outside this area is subject to prior approval. Contact us at (713) 581-6335 to confirm availability in your location.

4. Scheduling and Cancellations

Service appointments are scheduled during normal business hours: Mon–Sun: 7:00 AM – 11:00 PM. We ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Same-day and emergency service is accommodated based on technician availability.

5. Pricing and Payment

All quotes are provided prior to commencement of work. Final pricing is confirmed after the technician’s on-site diagnosis. We accept major credit cards, cash, and other payment methods as communicated at the time of service. Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Warranties

Warranty coverage for parts and labor varies by service type and is communicated at the time of service. Please refer to our Warranty page or ask your technician for specific warranty details.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aura Garage Door Repair shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

8. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for ensuring clear and safe access to the garage area during service appointments, and must disclose any known pre-existing conditions or prior modifications before service begins.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Houston, Texas.

10. Changes to Terms

Aura Garage Door Repair reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
